Une ancienne étable entièrement restaurée en studio pour votre plus grand confort. Avec sa décoration atypique vous passerez un séjour "détente et tranquillité".
Il est équipé d'une kitchenette (plaque,four micro-onde, Senseo, frigo Top), d'un coin repas, lit en 160 à mémoire de forme, coin salon avec télévision.
Situé en campagne Bazadaise proche Bazas/ Langon /Casteljaloux. Accès rapide de l'A62 ou A65. A 20 min du CenterParc des Landes de Gascogne, thermes, golf, casino, base de loisir, châteaux, vignobles, citée médiévale et + encore... Piscine, jardin, piste de pétanque, aire de jeux et barbecue.
Il pratique des tarifs préférentiels pour les professionnels et les longs séjours.

Security deposit (deposit) concerning the gîte:
A deposit of 500€ (studio) by check (not cashed) or by pre-authorization
at Check-in you will be requested and kept with the rental contract made at the incoming inventory. It will be returned to you at the outgoing inventory provided that it is consistent with that of arrival.
The reservation can be carried forward over a period of 12 months from the date of arrival according to the planning of the domain.
The deposit remaining due.
At the lessee's initiative:
Any cancellation must be sent by post or email, the date of receipt by the lessor being authentic.
The deposit remains with the lessor.*
If the lessee does not appear after the arrival time indicated above, this contract will become void and the lessor may then have new premises.
The amounts paid under this contract will remain with the lessor for any cancellation.
The deposit paid corresponds to the period initially planned and is transferable to another period.
If the stay is shortened, or if the planned event does not take place, the rental price will remain with the lessor, no refund will be made.
At the initiative of the lessor:
In the event of termination of this contract by the lessor before taking the premises, for any reason whatsoever except in cases of force majeure as provided for by the regulations in force or due to a third party, the lessor will pay the lessee the amount of the deposit.
In case of force majeure or due to a third party, another rental period will be offered to the lessee. If the latter cannot accept the new period proposed, the lessor will then reimburse the deposit received.
In both cases, the refund of the amounts due will be sent to the lessee by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days from the notification of termination.
