This old barn restored into a comfortable gîte will make you spend unforgettable moments. The setting is idyllic for spending peaceful, relaxing moments in the countryside! Domaine Toutet welcomes you to its 15-hectare wooded and forested site where Mother Nature remains within her rights.
The cottage with an area of 115 m2 is equipped with:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm - 1 single bed 90cm + storage
1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm + storage
1 mezzanine with 3 90cm beds and a games area
1 shower room with basins
1 living room / fully equipped kitchen (electric hob + oven + dishwasher + coffee maker + dishes...)
1 living room with sofas, armchairs and TV
1 laundry room with toilet.
Finally, you will share friendly moments on its 20 m² terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. You will also enjoy the swimming pool (salt treatment) and its relaxation area, a children's play area and a pétanque court.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Conditions of termination and cancellation bed and breakfast
At the lessee's initiative:
Any cancellation must be sent by post or email, the date of receipt by the lessor being authentic.
The deposit remains with the lessor.
If the lessee does not appear after the arrival time indicated above, this contract will become void and the lessor may then have new premises.
The sums paid under this contract will remain with the lessor.
The deposit paid corresponds to the period initially planned and is transferable to another period.
If the stay is shortened, or if the planned event does not take place, the rental price will remain with the lessor, no refund will be made.
At the initiative of the lessor:
In the event of termination of this contract by the lessor before taking the premises, for any reason whatsoever except in cases of force majeure as provided for by the regulations in force or due to a third party, the lessor will pay the lessee the amount of the deposit.
In case of force majeure or due to a third party, another rental period will be offered to the lessee. If the latter cannot accept the new period proposed, the lessor will then reimburse the deposit received.
In both cases, the refund of the amounts due will be sent to the lessee by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days from the notification of termination.
Possibility of postponing the stay for 12 months, the deposit remaining due.
